Luke & Emery

Just like her Mom...she loves to soak up some sun!


Em started crawling at five and a half months and then at 6 months while we were eating dinner we look over at Em with the biggest grin on her face as she pulls herself up to stand up. As you can see from the picture, she is very proud of herself. We could not believe it. This little girl is growing up way too fast for us.


Every time we turn around Emery is doing something new. Just a few days ago while I was washing the dishes...I looked over and there she was laying on her bouncer! I just can't leave this girl alone for one minute. She is always on the go and getting into everything.

About a month ago, Jon took Luke on his first camping trip for the father/son campout. He had a blast!

Sleeping in a tent was one of the highlights for Luke but not so much for Jon. Jon said Luke is a very noisy sleeper and kept him up most of the night.


Our little boy is starting to love anything that has to do with cowboys. We went to Lubbock and visited his cousins out there who have a ranch with lots of horses. I'm very disappointed as I only got the camera out on the last day of our trip and took this one picture but luckily it is a very good one!


Luke is a great helper. He loves to help me water our flowers.
